Returns Policy
Of course we exchange and refund!
We appreciate that online shopping can be daunting and take every measure to ensure that your online shopping experience is pleasant and simple. All we ask is that any items for exchange or refund are returned to us in original new condition within 14 days of the original purchase date.
All returned items are checked and quality controlled before credits / refunds will be granted. Shine Gymnastics and Dance Wear Design reserves the right to return any item that has been worn, damaged or washed to you with no exchange, credit or refund.
To return / exchange any item please email us at info@shineleotards.com.au or telephone us on 0409775105 to receive a return authorisation number which must be quoted with your return. Once you have received this authorisation please return your item, with a copy of the authorisation by post to us at;

Please note that postage costs are not refundable. Postage for any returns are at the purchases own expense. However, Shine Gymnastics and Dance Wear Design will meet the costs of postage on supplying your new garment for the first exchange. Postage for subsequent exchanges relating to the same order are at the purchases own expense. In the event of a second or further exchange of your garment we require that you include a pre-paid postage satchel with your returned item to enable us to forward your replacement.
Shipping
Within Australia - All garments will be shipped via Australia Post Regular Parcel delivery.
Outside Australia – All garments will be shipped via Australia Post Air Mail. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed on your shopping cart or you can request a shipping cost quote for your order within the shopping cart prior to submitting your order.
In stock catalogue items will be despatch the 1st business day after you place your order. Delivery timeframes will vary depending upon your location and may take 7 – 14 business days for your order to be received by you.
Special or custom orders may take up to 5 weeks for manufacture. Shipping and delivery timeframes will depend upon your custom order and location. You will be contacted by Shine Gymnastics and Dancewear Design to discuss your custom order, including delivery timeframes on the 1st business day after placing your expression of interest in our custom products.
Shine Gymnastics and Dancewear Design will take great care to ensure that your order is packaged securely and addressed correctly as per your delivery details. It is therefore important and your responsibility to ensure that your delivery details are entered correctly and in full within our online ordering system. Shine Gymnastics and Dancewear Design will not accept any responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal system.
